|National Library Week, April 14 - 18|
Monday-Let’s start the week with a reading challenge. Everyone reads a “Book- A- Day”, which grade level will have the highest number of books read by Friday afternoon? Highest grade level will be recognized.
Tuesday-Nonfiction Day-challenge yourself to check out only nonfiction books and discover something new! How will you share this book with your class?
Wednesday-Bookmark judging day! Two winners will be selected from each grade level. All designs will be reproduced for school wide use. Bookmarks are being created in Art classes and all winners will receive a prize and have their picture on the Bell web page.
Thursday-Reading marathon-wear your favorite running shoes and go for a day of reading. Schedule a time for your class to come and spend 30 minutes reading a good book!!!
Friday-“Poem in Your Pocket Day”-Don’t get caught without your poem. Special helpers may ask to see your poem. The poem must be in your pocket! All students with a poem in your pocket will get to sign up for a special drawing. Remember, you must have it with you at ALL times!!

|Our staff is on duty at 7:15 a.m. for the day. To ensure that students are adequately supervised, please make sure that students are not dropped off prior to 7:15.|
